The process of making this cookie was a journey but I love how it turned out in the end! 😄 My first pink line that I piped was wider than I wanted, so I scraped it off and started again. And then I was so excited to make a textured cookie with the embossed parchment paper, but it kind of got lost in the colors and patterns that I piped with royal icing!
