Apr 10, 2022 · Recently updated existing OmniPage 19 Ultimate (Nuance) to v19.2 (Kofax), which also updated PaperPort to v14.7. PaperPort ran well for roughly 2 weeks, but now fails to open.

Sep 9, 2020 · Hi John, paper size is handled by the scanner driver. It may be possible to set a default in the PaperPort Scanner Wizard, or in the scanner properties or software.
