The Tampa Bay Rays acquire Brett Wisely and Ken Waldichuk from the Atlanta Braves, adding infield depth and pitching help.
Wisley and lefty Ken Waldichuk were acquired in trade from Atlanta for a player to be named or cash after being designated for assignment. To make room on the 40-man roster, the Rays designated for assignment two players they recently claimed off waivers, right-hander Osvaldo Bido and infieder Tsung-Che Cheng.
