The Seattle Seahawks will face the Los Angeles Rams in the NFC Championship Game but amid Sam Darnold's oblique issues, it's time to know who the backup quarterback is.

The Rams couldn't stop Seattle offense in the NFC title game, coming up just short on the road against their rivals.

Heading into Sunday of the NFL's Week 17, the playoff picture was coming into fuller, if still fuzzy, view. There was only one playoff spot available in each conference, by virtue of the AFC North and NFC South divisional titles still being up for grabs.

Fortunately, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Seahawks are making a roster move with one running back that could give Seattle a new running back on the depth chart for the Los Angeles Rams Championship game.

Matthew Stafford has a veteran option behind him in case something goes wrong and he is unable to continue in the Los Angeles Rams’ game against the Seattle Seahawks, with an experienced backup quarterback available on the depth chart.
