Delaware Gov. Matthew Meyer declared a state of emergency Sunday as officials braced for what forecasters say could be a historic winter storm expected to blanket the state with up to 20 inches of snow.

(WPHL) — In response to the winter storm, disaster emergencies are active in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. A blizzard warning from the National Weather Service is in effect for all of New Jersey and Delaware.
